Motivation - Do You Need Motivational Quotes?

Motivation is a concept that each of us may have a different approach to. There are people for whom motivation doesn't exist, i.e. they don't need to arouse it in themselves to do something. I used to not understand this approach. I thought it was impossible. However, I managed to come to this level. Motivation does not exist for me. I am very happy with that, that I don't need it.

If you are at a level of consciousness when you still need motivation to act, it is best to create conditions for yourself that force you to act. The word motivation means "to set in motion." The word comes from the Latin words: moveo, movere.

Motivation can also be seen as a combination of the words: motive and action. So you take action under the influence of some motive, reason.

Reason is the most important thing here. You have a reason to do something you want to do, but you don't want to do it? Because the reason is not very exciting for you, does not push you to act.

You can make the reason itself motivate you to plan the action. You can make the reason itself motivate you to plan the action, and simply make it a habit.

Long-term planning works well for big goals. You spend a lot of time on implementation and the goal is still not visible. If you imagine that your big goal corresponds to your plan, then parts of the plan will be part of the goal. That way you can tick off each day as a percentage of your goal. If you see progress, it adds to your motivation. It is important that you see yourself getting closer to your goal.
